Yaw Preko wants to coach his former club Hearts of Oak in future
Ex-Ghana international Yaw Preko has not ruled out coaching his former side Hearts of Oak in future.
Preko turned down an offer to assist CK Akunnor at the club last month saying the time was not right.
The former Anderlecht talisman has been honing his coaching skills at lower-division side West Lands FC.
”It’s true they approached me to come on board but I have a lot at hand and promised them I was going to come on board some other time which I know I will,” Preko told Kumasi-based FOX FM
”The future can be tomorrow, next week, anytime because it is my dream to coach my darling club some day.”
Preko was Ghana Under-20 assistant coach at the 2011 African Youth Championship in South Africa.
He played for Hearts of Oak between 1991 and 1992 before leaving for Europe.
