In Touch?has learned that Amanda Bynes’ alleged marijuana meltdown in New York City last spring will not land her in jail.
Her attorney, Gerald Shargel, exclusively reveals to the mag he expects the actress? infamous bong-tossing case to be resolved in courtthis Friday. However, despite being ordered back to court in New York City, Shargel also tells?In Touch?that his client will remain in California and is not expected to appear in court?on Friday.
Since the May 2013 incident, Amanda was hospitalized and later spent months in rehab following a separate arson incident in Thousand Oaks, Calif., in which she set herself on fire in a residential driveway.
Amanda was released to her parents shortly after Thanksgiving and has since been spotted their neighborhood.
