Bayelsa under the PDP has remained the most underdeveloped state in Nigeria with the population of only 1,998,349 people and yet collects annual revenue allocation of over N173 billion or $1.1 billion compared to the most populous state in Nigeria, Lagos with over 19 million people collecting only N168 billion.

But Bayelsa is not even as developed as the Alimosho Local Government in Lagos state. How can someone who could not govern one of the least populated states in Nigeria not be overwhelmed by the challenges of governing the biggest nation in Africa?
