The deputy sports chief has?hinted that the Ministry, henceforth,?will stick to a take it or?leave it system regarding the?team?s remuneration.

To the Black Stars skipper,?the Ministry?s failure to consult?leadership of the playing body?regarding their purses was?unfair, taking into account the?fact that democracy is the system?of governance in modern day.

A few weeks ago, the Sports?Ministry came up with a new?pay structure for the Black Stars,?replacing the usual $10,000 per?game as winning bonus with?$5,000.

The Al-Ain forward said on?GTV?s Sports Highlights that ?I?haven?t met the Minister, but I?have met Board Members of the?GFA. I heard the Deputy Minister?say take it or leave it (The new?pay system).

?I think it is not fair because?we are in a democracy now. I?don?t take decision alone, I will?have to meet the players and then?we will take a decision on that.?

Indications are that the country?s?football governing body is?making frantic efforts to resolve?the bonus brouhaha before the?team flies out for the EquatorialGuinea championship expected?to kick off on January 17.

Ghana, pitted against Algeria,?South Africa and Senegal in?Group C, will pitch camp in?Spain ahead of the biennial soccer?festival.
