Prosper Agbenyega has published a story involving a State Attorney at the Attorney General’s Department, Nii Kpakpo Addo under the headline, ‘Galamsey At AG’s Office; State Attorney Fingered.” The said story was a publication of a petition that was sent by one Nii Adjei Browne to the AG’s office regarding some alleged irregularities. Prosper Agbenyega wish to state that the publication was done in good faith and without malice.
It is however untrue that Prosper Agbenyega connived with the petitioner to write the said petition to the Attorney General, therefore disassociated himself from the said petition. Prosper Agbenyega therefore wish to render an unqualified apology to Nii Kpakpo Addo, Stephen Opoku and Sika Abla Addo, all of Addo, Addo Legal Attorney. That came as result of the petition in his possession.
He is also rendering an apology to Addo, Addo Legal chanbers, since the information is alleging that Nii Kpakpo is working for that chamber.
