This according to the minister is to help the commission thoroughly complete its reports and also to help the players focus on the task ahead.

Mr. Ayariga said the commission ?invited me to a meeting at which they gave indications about their deadline and their readiness to present the report and I also gave them indications of our own schedule and preparation towards Equatorial Guinea.

He further indicated that ?from all indications I believe that we?d be able to arrange and receive the report after that tournament (Equatorial Guinea ? AFCON 2015).?

Speaking on Accra based Citi Fm, Mr. Ayariga also dismissed public speculations that the senior national team, the Black Stars should not participate in AFCON 2015 since the Justice Dzamefe Commission report was not ready.

Public opinion is rife that the Black Stars should be excluded from the Equatorial Guinea competition till after the recommendations of the Presidential Commission are implemented. But Mr. Ayariga said ?all these months of discussions has taught all of us what is right and what we shouldn?t do.

?We have learnt, we are waiting for the commission?s report for additional learning and direction and I assure you that going forward, we would work diligently and everybody involved fulfils his part.?
