Egypt?s Morsi Between Coup and Revolution.

A times magazine cover “Egyptians, best protesters, worst democracy?.

That is how U.S media describes Egypt’ current situation as an Egyptian crisis.

I am no analyst, politician or a story teller. I am an average citizen who lived the past 3 years through hopes, aspirations, ups, confusion, disapointments, downs, but never lost the belief in life and to Times Magazine, IT IS NOT AN EGYPTIAN CRISIS!!

How to ask an elected president to step down? The answer is far less complicated as after the apparent failure of the Egyptian presidential office along with the lack of strategic planning and the shameful weakness of the Egyptian government, (executing the unstructured decisions that clearly miss the necessary analysis of the factors that are affecting the current situation in Egypt), and the deliberate oblivion of the internal and external environmental changes in Egypt, leading the community to lose its sanity; Egypt?s Morsi rewrites the manual of how to be a bad manager.

We didnt want Morsi to step down because of his managrial failure, rather than with Morsi’s administration we lost the ability to recognize the right thing to do.

Everyone now is hoping that he made the decision to join the right team.

The confusion that Morsi made to divide Egyptians into two fighting teams, both hoping that they behold the ultimate truth. The ultimate truth which is lost on blood of martyrs that was shed from both sides.

The ultimate truth which is smeared by dirty acts and legalized by humans to justify death. Through one year, Morsi managed to make you want to stay and stand alone suspecting all sides and want to stick to your inner peace to preserve humanity.

Through one year, being humane and not just human was difficult.

A friend told me that now each time you dont like the President, you will go out and ask him to step-down?

That way you don?t respect democracy! And my answer to him was that we will continue to go out and ask any upcoming President to step down as long as the Egyptian blood is being shed on the ground.

If you are still asking it is a coup or a revolution?!!

It doesn?t matter if it?s a coup or a reveloution. What matters are the values you fighting

The revolution is not an action, it is a step, a wise reaction. It is a state of mind. It is an energy to the soul and it is a way to live life. Revolution is not just protesting on streets or holding signs. Revolution goes byound tear gas and gun shots.

Revolution is a state of mind aganist all forms of corruption, against hatred, against oppression, against deception, against racism and all forms of inequity.

Revolutions are for ideas and ideas never die.

You should not call for not just freedom, but responsibity. You should not call just for dialouge, but respect. You should not call just for peace, but justice.

You should fight for principles! Because by that you are not only standing on our feet but standing on our principles, we can change the world.
