A Saskatchewan fisherman reeled in an explosive catch on the weekend — a homemade bomb. The man was fishing Sunday around 7:20 p.m. when he pulled something out of the water. When he saw what appeared to be a homemade bomb, he called police.
RCMP said the “homemade explosive device” was “neutralized,” but they’re not sure how it got in the water.
“This is the first time a device like this has been found in a body (of) water,” police said in a release Monday
