The 14 year-old from Ridge Church School in Accra, made history when she got into the top 45 finals of the 2016 Scripps Spelling Bee competition.

In a statement, the Managing Director of Multro-Pro Private Ltd Ghana, Manpreet Singh said, the feat of Miss Ansah was enviable and worth celebrating.
He said her ability to reach the final stage in the international competition showed that anything is achievable and expressed the hope that many young people would be motivated by her story, to excel in their various endeavours.
He said Indomie, would recognise Miss Ansah in a special way when she arrives in Ghana.
Indomie is the lead sponsor of Spelling Bee in Ghana, since the inception of the competition and plans to provide more support to ensure that many more young people get the opportunity to participate in the spelling competition.
The support from Indomie does not only cover the national competition but also support the winner to travel to the US to compete at that level.
Mr Manpreet expressed the hope that the next national competition would come out with a winner who would be a world champion.
