The Everlasting Life Temple (ELT) Branch of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), Ashaiman, has launched its 10th Anniversary with a celebration plan of evangelism and charity activities to address both the spiritual and physical needs of the society.
Mr Isaac Abbey Tetteh, the Resident Pastor of the Church, who launched the programme, at a service on Sunday, said it was the duty of the Church to contribute to the wellbeing of the people, thus they had decided to donate stationery to pupils of the Public School in the locality, among other Kind gestures.
The other activities include medical screening, float and evangelism, and an awards ceremony to reward those whose sacrifices and hard work had grown the church.
“People who have distinguished themselves would be awarded, so would the different departments who have also made a mark in the progression of the House of God,” Pastor Tetteh said,
The float and evangelism, he said, would create awareness among the general public on the mission of the Church and to bring more people into the Kingdom Of God.
He said ELT started as a small congregation but it had grown progressively because of the hardworking nature of its members and their sacrifices.
The anniversary would be climaxed with a thanksgiving service in August, at the Church’s auditorium at Ashaiman Middle-East, in the Greater Accra Region.
