Defender Jonathan Mensah said at a press conference that they were comfortable with coach Avram Grant’s game plan adding that, there was no challenge in implementing it.

?I don?t think we did badly in the game against Senegal. Our defeat has nothing to with the tactics.

?I believe Ghana has some of the best defenders in the competition and we did our best to execute our game plan?.

Mensah said that, they were ready to go by the same game plan if the coach decides to play the same thing in their next game.

Christian Atsu shared similar views with Mensah when he said ??the system is very good. There is nothing wrong with it?.

?This system will help us a lot. We have to improve upon it and perfect it in subsequent games. With time we can get very good results from the new system the coach has introduced. All we need to do is work hard to adjust to the system and the team will go places,” Atsu noted.

According to the skilful midfielder, they are already adjusting to the system and urged Ghanaians to have patience for the team.

Debutants Daniel Amartey believes the tactics is the best for the team at the competition.

He said the playing body are very comfortable working with that on the pitch and explained that it was not the reason for the defeat against Senegal.

?In our match against Senegal, it was a loss of concentration, which we paid dearly for.? He added.

Coach Grants tactics has come under intense criticisms since Ghana lost the opening Group C game against Senegal.
