After the landslide victory of Nana Akufo-Addo with over 94 percent vote in the just ended Presidential Primaries, the National Executive Committee of the United Front Party (UFP) in a congratulatory message to NPP called for bridging the gap between the NPP and the minority political parties as former President Kufuor did in 2000.

?If truly NPP desire to win power in the 2016 general elections then it is very necessary for Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to emulate the leadership style of former President John Agyekum Kufuor for his excellent role of bridging the gap between the NPP and minority Political Parties in Ghana as well as ensuring excellent relationship with them which resulted in NPP victory in 2000 and 2004 general elections,? UFP urged.

However, the 2012 Parliamentary Candidate for Assin South Constituency on the ticket of Progressive People?s Party (PPP), Stephen Kofi Baidoo on?Okay FM?s Ade Akye AbiaMorning Show, called on PPP and the other smaller parties in the country to join forces with the NPP after he denounced his? by GoSave” href=””>MEMBERSHIP?from the PPP to join the NPP.
