A youth forum of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) opens on Thursday in Windhoek, capital of Namibia.
The forum, sponsored by Namibia’s National Youth Council (NYC) and the SADC Secretariat, attracts around 50 delegates from SADC member countries.

According to Kapere, the two-day forum also seeks to develop a plan of action for youth participation in implementing the SADC Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting Framework for Orphans and Vulnerable Children and Youth. Enditem
