The international tournament has been on since August 21

Fans at the Ikoyi Club 1938 were treated to a fine quality display of squash at the ongoing 4th Lagos Governor?s Open Championship.
British international, Adrian Grant, defeated Nigeria?s Jonathan Peters, to book a place in the final of the competition, which started August 21.
Grant, the top seed, is yet to drop a set in the games he has played. He defeated Peters in three straight sets of 11-9, 11-6, and 11-6.
According to Grant, he is not being carried away by the results but focusing on winning each game that came his way.
He praised his opponents and commended the quality of Nigerian squash players.
“The lads out here are great. They gave a good account of themselves and it feels good working very hard for every win. I play on the Professional Squash Association and I?m okay with the organisation,” Grant said.
The other semi-final clash was between Taiwo Sadiq, and another British international, James Robins.
Sadiq did Nigeria proud by winning a four set match of 13-11, 3-11, 11-6, and 11- 5.
Robins noted that Sadiq was a highly skilled and fast player and that he struggled throughout the game to catch up with his pace.
“The lad?s pace was something else. I struggled throughout but couldn?t catch up.I see him giving a tough challenge to Grant in the final match,” Robins said.
