Emmanuel Andrews Samini a.k.a Samini has disclosed that, he eats fish because it is nutritious even though he is a rastafarian. He said in an interview with Kwame B on Hitz fm that Rasta man is a conscious man ?because the principles of Rastafarian is based on consciousness. He added that ?eating meat or not has nothing to do with being Rasta. I think the one that represents Rastafa himself [Emperor Haile Selassie] if you read his autobiography; his favourite food had chicken in it. So Emperor Haile Selassie ate Chicken. He further added that, we should not see rasta men who eat chicken as evil once because ?Rastafaria is not just about the beard and the hair and you not eating or drinking certain things, it?s beyond that..
