wpid-wpid-SUPREME-COURT-17.jpgJudges of the Supreme Court are likely to hear petitioner?s motion seeking to compel the Electoral Commission to provide them with collation forms covering 13 constituencies.

The petitioners are praying the court to compel the EC to ?produce, for inspection and photocopying?, collation forms covering the presidential election.

They argued that access to the forms will assist in their cross examination of EC Chairman, Dr. Kwadwo Afari-Gyan.

Some of the constituencies include Ledzokuku, Lower ManyaKrobo and Tamale South.

The Supreme Court hearing the election petition filed by three leading members of the NPP will resume today after it adjourned sitting on Monday to allow parties in the case to study the final report of auditing firm KPMG on pink sheets.
