The confrontations which were reported in different localities, began early in the morning and lasted for several hours.
Burundi national radio reported that two men from the group were killed around Kivumu hill in Bururi province.
Presence of armed men has often been reported in Bujumbura and parts of Bururi province.
So far, only two rebel groups that are said to be fighting agaist the government are known in the media. They are the Burundi Republican Forces and the Resistance for the Rule of Law. Enditem
