Yang Dongliang, chief of the State Administration of Work Safety, is under scrutiny by the Communist Party of China’s (CPC) Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI).
Yang is associated with “extreme infringement of order and law”, the CCDI declared in an announcement on Tuesday, without giving further points of interest.
Yang is an individual from the eighteenth CPC Central Committee.
As per Yang’s resume on the CCDI site, the 61-year-old served as bad habit chairman of Tianjin Municipality from 2001 to May 2012, preceding he was designated chief of the State Administration of Work Safety.
Prior to 2001, he worked for the metropolitan government and state-claimed firms in Tianjin and also oil field firms in north China.
