Mr Daniel Boamah, Chairman of the Beposo Yonko Kroye Kuo, has appealed to Ghanaians, especially the youth, to pay regular visits to their home towns, and share ideas with the people about their hopes and aspirations.

Mr Boamah said this during the inauguration of the Beposo Yonko Kroye Kuo, a voluntary association at Beposo in the Sekyere Central District in the Ashanti Region.
He said poor road network and environmental sanitation are the two major problems at Beposo, with an estimated population of 7,800 people, and appealed to government and the District Assembly to take the necessary steps to address them.
He expressed dismay and indignation at the abandoned five-kilometre Beposo?Wioso road, linking Effiduase-Nsuta trunk road, awarded by the previous government to Asabea Construction Company, for tarring in 2007, but was abandoned immediately after the 2008 elections.
He appealed to the Ministry of Roads and Highways to rectify the anomaly.
Alhaji Mohammed Alhassa, the Nsuta-Kwamang-Beposo Constituency Chairman of the NDC, who chaired the function, urged Ghanaians not to allow partisan politics to divide them when it comes to development in their towns and districts.
The Association which was formed in 2006 with 18 people to undertake communal labour at Beposo and to render welfare services to its members, now has a membership of 62.
