Electoral Officers are counting ballots in the dark using light of their mobile phones due to ‘Dumsor’ at Twedie polling station in the Atwima Kwanwoma constituency of the Ashanti region.
Counting was halted after close of polls for some hours before it resumed.
Counting is still underway at the Collation center.
