A Lagos High Court, Ikeja, presided by Justice Olubunmi Oyewole has ruled that alleged fraudster, Fred Ajudua, be sent to Kirikiri Prison pending the conclusion of his trial.
The judge said that he is ?not persuaded? that Mr. Ajudua would not jump bail if his previous bail is revoked.
The judge ruled that ?accelerated trial? would commence on July 8 and would continue daily thereafter.
It could be recalled that Ikuforiji was arraigned for alleged money laundering offence, alongside his aide, Oyebode Atoyebi, before Buba; after the former judge, Okechukwu Okeke, retired from the bench.
