Ghana goalie Adam Kwarasey
Inform Adam Kwarasey will not be part of Ghana’s team which will play Comoros this month after Black Stars head coach Avram Grant decided to leave out the Portland Timbers man for the world cup qualifier.
Kwarsey is yet to feature for the Black Stars since Ghana’s disastrous world cup campaign in Brazil last year.
The agile goalie was close to a comeback in Ghana’s international friendly against Canada last month but pulled out for unknown reasons.
That decision to withdraw from the group seem to have put off Avram Grant as the former Chelsea boss has decided to leave out the Portland Timbers man for the double header against least known but tricky opponents Comoros.
Kwarsey’s absence is blessing for Wa All Stars goalie Richard Ofori who is benefitting from the continual absence of the Norway-born shot stopper to get a look into the team.
