Geingob who is attending the 26th AU summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia told the media Thursday before leaving the country.
“Let us not talk about deciding things. Rather focus on implementing decisions that we have taken,” the president said.
The theme of the summit is : The African Year of Human Rights with Particular Focus on the Rights of Women.
Top on the agenda is the deployment of troops to the troubled Burundi as well as the refusal by South Sudan rebels to join in president Salva Kiir’s government.
Also up for discussion is the setting up of a Peace and Security Council and the fight against terrorism. Enditem
