lawA British law student accused of targeting former prime minister Tony Blair and his wife Cherie has been found guilty of possessing a bomb-making file on a memory card, it was reported Monday.

A jury decided Erol Incedal, 26, did not have a reasonable excuse for possessing instructions on how to make an explosive device.

The London court heard that the address of a London property the Blairs owned was found with Incedal when he was stopped by police last year.

Incedal, the defendant in Britain’s first terrorism trial heard partly in secret, had denied the charges.

Jurors failed to reach a verdict on another charge of preparing an act of terrorism with others abroad.
