Once upon the time in Ghana, a Ghanaian based Italian model, Alfred Arthur came to Ghana with Arthur?s Pose Expressions to organize a charity dinner event to raise funds for orphans at the human compassion organization home situated at Pokuase through fashion and music, ?A CAUSE FOR FASHION?.
The human compassion organization home is the first home to receive cash donation and provisions from the maiden event. The home which carters for special orphans is managed by Micheal Mensah who inherited the orphanage from his late mum and since then has promised himself not to let go of the orphanage and the kids in it . He produces beads for sale , the earns with the support from donors he provides? food ,accommodation, payment of fees and? provides health treatment? for the challenged and terminally ill children, who are suffering from illnesses such as HIV and AIDS ,brain tumor and many more.
However, the rent of the human compassion home will expire at the end of this year. For that reason Arthur?s Pose Expressions came to a conclusion, for the orphanage home to receive the first donation, from Its first charity dinner event said to raise funds through fashion and music here in Accra, on the 1st of August, 2014 at Pajohn?s exotic bohemia inside Kanda estate opposite the old Kanda post office, starting from 6 pm to 10 pm.
The event which promises to be the most exciting charity event in Ghana ,as ace musician, actor and comedian A PLUS as its host, it also promises the attendance of actors, actresses and musicians such as Henry Adofo, Kobi Rana ,Jackie Appiah ,Paulina Oduro ,James Gardner just to mention a few. The event which would be poised with fashion and music is to have Franco Contadino an Italian designer greasing the runway with Italian men suits and Couture d? Afrique by Naa, a Ghanaian based designer ,showcasing our African prints in confident style on the runway. Kobi Rana from the Rana firm, Rams Nic, Royal Priesthood, Brainna and many more are billed to shake up the stage with spectacular performances.
