Daniel Opare is wanted by Udinese
Ghana defender Daniel Opare has appeared on the wish list of Italian Serie A side Udinese for next season.
The versatile defender has been a key performer for Belgian Pro League side Standard Liege since joining them two seasons ago from Real Madrid.
Opare has been targeted by some European top-flight sides including French Ligue 1 giants Lille and Olympique Marseille said to be among his suitors.
His contract with Standard Liege runs out in June this year and will be available for free.
The Ghana international is unlikely to extend his stay as an impressive performance at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil would earn him a better deal.
Opare made 17 league appearances for Standard Liege for the first half of the season.
