Ghana?s national female soccer team, the Black Queens, failed to reach the final stage of the Olympic Games qualifications following a 2-2 draw second leg result at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, local media reported.

Samira Suleman and Portia Boakye’s goals were not enough to send Ghana through to the next stage to face Cote d?Ivoire.
Ghana?s Samira Suleman put her side ahead in the 15th minute after she latched onto a corner delivered by Portia Boakye to beat Cameroon goalkeeper Ngo Ndom Annette for the opener.
The Cameroonians started pilling pressure and Ngono Mani Madelain equalized with a minute to end the first half after beating Ghanaian goalkeeper Patricia Mantey.
In the second half, the introduction of foreign-based Elizabeth Addo changed the pace of the game, and Ghana went ahead again through a well-taken cross from Suleman connected by Boakye in the 47th minute.
The Lioness of Cameroun found the equalizer when substitute Agnes Nkada pulled parity in the 83rdminute after heading in a cross from the right side of attack, ending the game 2-2 and getting the winner on account of the away goal rule. Enditem
