President Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday advised tertiary institutions in the country to access the intervention fund provided by the Federal Government through the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND).
The president gave the advice in Abuja at a national conference on Transparency, Accountability and Ethical Values in tertiary institutions for sustainable development.
