Open Business Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dorcas Muthoni told a media briefing in Nairobi that over 2,000 delegates from Africa and the rest of the world are expected for the three-day event.

The expo will include a panel session of thought leaders and successful entrepreneurs who will share their experiences in running a business.
Muthoni said that the event will also go beyond the showcasing of SME products as it will include a business matchmaking session to enable businesses to find buyers through face-to-face meetings.
Muthoni said the biggest challenge that SMEs face is the lack of access to finance required to expand their business.
“This will make it easier for companies to get commercial loans or qualify to do business with large companies,” she said. Enditem
