Abdul Majeed Waris is modest about his Ghana scoring form

Striker Abdul Majeed Waris insists he has not arrived yet with his goal ambitions for Ghana and will have to prove himself even further.
On a day when he was marking just his seventh cap for Ghana, the 21-year-old Spartak Moscow forward headed the opening goal for the Black Stars in the 2-1 victory over Zambia and earned heavy praise for his sharpness and predatory eye for goal.
But Waris feels he has to do more to cement his place in the Black Stars despite scoring for the second consecutive time for Ghana at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi.
?It is always a great feeling to score for Ghana in a crucial game like this when expectations are huge because of what the Zambians said before the game,? he told Ghanasoccernet.
?The Zambians were tough on us because they knew if they lose, there would be no Brazil for them for we had to be tactically apt and thank God I found the net and Kwadwo added the second.
?I definitely have to do more to justify my place in the team and hopefully I believe Iwould do that.?
The highly-rated attacker scored his first Ghana goal at the same venue back in March when he flicked a header home as Ghana trounced Sudan 4-0.
