President John Mahama of Ghana is expected to reveal his plans for the country in an address to Ghanaians which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday.?
His address will be the President?s first address to the people of Ghana after addressing Parliament when he assumed office on July 24 after the death of late President John Evans Atta Mills.
