The first Friday of every month continues to be an exhilarating experience for old school music lovers in the Capital with Soul to Soul captivating thousands of patrons at the +233 Jazz Bar & Grill since its inception last December.
Accra and indeed fans all over the world look forward to the next edition this Friday the 4th of October and organizers are expected to lay out another of their most intriguing events.
This edition features Kwame Yeboah and the OBY Band who have already treated retro music lovers at Soul to Soul with amazing instrumentals that have left patrons agreeing that music is indeed more delectable played live and that is only achieved with the world class bands laid on by Soul to Soul. The Kwame Yeboah led band has played all around the world with top notch musicians both locally and internationally. Their last performance at Soul to Soul was spectacular and it would be an absolute treat to welcome them back on the stage once more.
Soulful Diva, Ofie Kudjoe will also be at the helm, singing your favorite Soul and R&B hit tracks from the ?70s through to the early ?90s. Her subtle and yet so powerful voice has been missed at? the first Friday event for quite some time now and this is a chance to see why she has shot to fame over the last year. The beautiful spirited singer promises her fans an amazing interactive performance that will keep everyone engrossed and excited.
After a fascinating experience with Rex Omar and the Shabo Crew, led by Dan Grahl at last month?s edition, it will be interesting to see what has been planned this October Edition. A first time patron at the September event said, ?I never know Soul to Soul was this captivating ? My Fridays will never be the same again! I won?t miss the next one and will definitely get my friends to join me next time?.
