Tinubu and Amaechi violated Nigerian constitution

If Tinubu and Amaechi did what you alleged here, then they have violated the Nigerian constitution and they should be dragged to court, not dealt with by your usual?egbe onu?(mere?mouthing off the sound of gunfire).
wpid-amaechi.jpgThis directive is anti democracy but vintage totalitarianism. Tinubu and Amaechi are violating sections 35(1) — if an individual is forced to join APC, then that individual’s personal liberty to belonging to political party or not has been violated; 38(1) — forced membership of APC violates the individual’s freedom of thought, conscience, and even religion if indeed APC is an Islamic party; 39(1) — citizens in democratic nations express themselves in various ways. One of such ways is joining?political parties of their choice. Any citizen forced into APC, as is allegedly being done by Tinubu and Amaechi, has been denied of his freedom of expression, the citizen is now expressing the thoughts of Tinubu and Amaechi;?An argument can be made for a violation of section 41(2) if, by refusing some citizens?access to public services for not joining?APC, the citizens?are subsequently forced out of the state;?42(1&2) are clearly violated by this alleged directive.
Ahmed Bola Tinubu may be anything that is doubtful but one thing that I am certain of him being is politically shrewd. Ndi Igbo must not underestimate this guy because he is following in Awolowo’s footsteps. Awo’s Nigeria of 1967 to 1979 whittled down Igbo’s might?in every material particular. That Nigeria, in the long run failed all Nigerians, leading to where we are today. There is some perception by the Tinubus of Yoroba Nigeria that Ebele has slightly loosened the noose on Igbo’s neck and for that they are fighting depravedly to restore the Gowon/Awo Nigeria of 1967 that tightened that noose.
I do not know who speaks for Igbo now but no matter whoever it is, every Igbo must set aside his/her differences (just I set aside mine with you in writing this) to fight Tinubu’s fascism. As typical, they seem to have abandoned SNC and are now intent on reviving the Nigeria through which Igbo suffered genocide; through which Igbo territories were carved away; through which infrastructure development (like federal roads and Niger Bridge construction) were abandoned, sea and airports in Igbo spheres of influence (territorially) rendered obsolete, forcing Igbo into Yoroba and others’ territories. With this dictatorial directive, they want to finish off Igbo by taking away their ability to think and express their thought willingly. Strangely, they are using the same strategy they used in 1967 by starting from Mbamiri (Rivers state) and having an Ukpabi Asika’s clone in Rochas Okorocha in Imo state.
If we (Igbo) do not see what is going on here and?do something about it, then we are dumb and will be politically, popularly, economically, and intellectually diminished if Tinubu gets his way. If you guys want to waste your time arguing about Biaca Ojukwu being?APGA leader or not, that one concern una — you can waste your time doing that while Tinubu spends his time reviving?Obafemi Awolowo’s Nigeria.
Onye hafuru iba n’ugbo ashikwala n’ugbo aharala ya?(he who neglects to get on the boat must never turn around to complain of having been abandoned by the boat).
