He said the programmes would include Midwifery, Mental Health, Natural Resources, Environmental and Waste Management.
A total of 1,250 students graduated with 774 being females with bachelor and post graduate degrees.
Prof Bediako asked the graduates to portray the core values of the institution which include integrity and hard work and be innovative wherever they may find themselves.
Pastor Peter Agyekum-Boateng, the Acting Rector of the Techiman Campus, said 17 under-graduate and one post graduate programmes were being run by the school.
