Hearts of Oak managing director Neil Armstrong has admitted the Phobians are under-performing in the current season but remains hopeful of a quick turnaround.

The former African champions are second on the First Capital Plus Ghana Premier League but doubts have casted over their top-four credentials with Berekum Chelsea trainer Anthony Lokko mocking their chances.

Armstrong has expressed worry over the turn of things in the last couple of months but remains confident things will change for good.

?I believe that when it comes to the fields of play we should be seeing some consistency in the results we are seeing soon,? he said.

?We have not had a very rosy last three months for various reasons but when I watch the team play I see massive improvement in the way they construct and the passion with which the players are playing is coming back,? he told Kumasi-based Focus FM.

?We are still in some form of transition.?
