By Ebenezer Zor
?Even a tree has more hope! If it is cut down, it will sprout again and grow new branches?. Job 14:7 NLTB
The Bible tells us about a rich man who lived in the land of Uz called Job. Job was a man who feared God, had integrity and lived righteous life throughout on earth. Job had sons and daughters with a lot of livestock. He was blameless until a moment came as Satan requested from God to torment Job.
?All right, you may test him, the Lord said to Satan. Do whatever you want with everything he possesses, but don?t harm him physically?. So Satan left God?s presence.? Job 1:12
And that was the beginning of Job?s downfall. Job lost all his riches, livestock as well as sons and daughters as a result of Satan?s test permitted by God. Job who lived a good life went through ordeal and horrible moments in life. Even his three friends neglected him and worse of it suffered from itching sores all over his body. Can your problem be compare to that of Job?
Whatever is happening to you as a believer is basically the freedom of God: God knows what he is doing and he is free to act as he sees fit according to grace. Yours is just to accept it by faith.
Notably, pain and suffering are common to all people, good and bad, rich and poor, no classes are exempted. My lovely readers, whenever, we suffer we must realize there may be a spiritual insights to realities but God will always reward the righteous and punish the wicked.
Job 42:10 says, ?When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In Fact the lord gave him twice as much as before! Hallelujah.
People, your personal, group; family, society, work or business challenges confronting you are soluble when you allow hope in the Lord to guide your conscience, spirit and life. The delay in life does not warrant denials. If there is hope for a tree cut down to germinate, then there is so much to work and achieve as human.
I believe you have been touched by this piece also. If so, share it to friends all over to know the truth and God bless you for such an effort. May the Lord bless you and protect you, smile on you and be gracious to you. May the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob show you his favor and give you his peace.
Do You Want To Be Born Again?
?But to all who believe him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn-not physically birth resulting from human passion or plan, but a birth that comes from God.? John 1:12-13
Having read this message, want to be born again? Say this prayer with faith; Heavenly father, from today I surrender myself to you. Forgive and cleanse me from all my sins. I invite you to take absolute control of my life. Beloved if you have prayed this prayer, you are born again and welcome to God?s family.
