— The Zambian government has said the holding of a cultural and arts festival in the southern city of Livingstone was a good innovation in tourism product packaging and development.

— Malaria has hit a girls secondary school in northwestern Zambia’s Kasempa district with almost half of the pupils diagnosed with the disease.
