Dating or not, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello give fans something else to be more excited about. Weeks after they’re first rumored to be an item, the Canadian teen and the Fifth Harmony singer revealed that they’d collaborated on a song titled “I Know What You Did Last Summer”, and they let the world hear it for the first time in a teaser video shared over the weekend.
The preview, posted on Mendes’ YouTube channel, features silhouettes of him and Cabello while she’s singing over his acoustic guitar riffs. In the video description, he attached a link to the song’s website ikwydls.com, which currently only shows the word “Coming Soon” written over the hashtag #IKWYDLS.
Mendes and Cabello started hanging out together while on tour with Austin Mahone and Fifth Harmony. They’re first romantically linked last summer after the two singers were frequently spotted together.
In September, a source confirmed to E! News that Mendes and Cabello were totally dating. “[They] really like each other and laugh nonstop when they’re together,” said the source.
